Problem

“Small business server solution” spells one thing - boring.  Microsoft understood their marketing problem and teamed up with Creature and BKWLD to  promote their new product, The Dream Server.  We developed a dream-like, surreal website experience, which incorporates motion graphics, film, and Microsoft’s Silverlight.  Users are taken on a journey inside of The Dream Server to discover all of it's offerings. 

Solution

Using Silverlight to create a website for small business owners who dared to share their business dreams, BKWLD worked with Creature to push the boundaries of this emerging technology. In addition to providing design and Silverlight development, we collaborated with Creature to create the actual set where the live-action portions were shot.

When users enter their dreams into the database, the keywords presented are cross referenced against a bevy of similar emotions, giving the users a fun experience, while also providing information on why Microsoft's servers are the right choice for their company.
