“Sometimes you eat the bar. Sometimes the bar eats you” – Some cowboy dude
I love my job. Seriously love my job. I forget most aren’t lucky enough to work amongst friends, Most people are chained to a cubicle, playing office politics and counting down the minimum required sentence to still get a check.
The problem with a job that never feels like work is when it does feel like work it sucks. We completely lose sight of what a real job is like. Between mochas, heated creative discussions, long lunches, pints of beer and totally inappropriate comments followed by even more inappropriate laughter, we forget.
The Buk team has done some pretty amazing work under tough conditions in the past couple weeks, so at the end of a long week, with a much needed long weekend it nice to stop and remember even when its bad, it is still a great way to pay for all that shit I don’t need.
So if you are lucky like us and you find yourself getting cranky, remember you could be making lemonade in a terribly insulting outfit at the food court. If that doesn’t make you feel better there is always truck driving school…

It’s no secret BKWLD is packed to the brim with Apple fanboys and fangirls… so it would also be no surprise that nearly all of us have adopted the most loved/loathed device of the past 10 years as our mobile of choice; The Motorola SLVR!
Ok it’s the iPhone…
I thought I would share some of my favorite iPhone bookmarks and online game sites, feel free to comment with your must haves!
GAMES
iFone Arcade (Network Play)
Play other iphone users in tough games of “Connect 4″, “Battleship”, or “Tic Tac Toe”, The interface allows for in game chatting with your opponent, as well as the ability to create a private game code for that nemesis you need to beat!
MacMost Games
Lots of games, hands down the best Solitaire i have found, and the “Wordspell” its pretty damn addictive. Maybe it will improve my terrible grammar!
Brickshooter
I couldn’t stop playing this one for the first month I had my phone.
iPHONE RESOUCES
iPhone Alley
This is a great blog dedicated to the latest news, rumors, and developments.

Melvin Rivera posted a great work around to get “Back To My Mac” style remote acceptability to your various Leopard Macs. This is directed at non-.Mac users, however .Mac user like my self and Robert who have yet to actually get BTMM to work can take advantage as well. I have been using this method for a few days and it works like a charm!
Follow the directions and you should be in business, And don’t skip the privacy step… that could potentially end badly!

Last time i flew I noticed the lady next to me was owning the Sudoku puzzle in the back of the Southwest Airlines magazine. I gave it my best but I can not for the life of me understand what I am supposed to do. The instructions simply say “Use logic to fill in the nine squares” – I tried for 40 minuted to understand the “logic” to filling in the blanks, it just served to make me feel inadequate and dumb. I would prefer hang man or M.A.S.H please.

Ben sent this song out a few months ago, and well it became an instant hit within the office. Devin DeHaven blessed me with the video version he shot recently in Chicago. This could very well be the best video ever made.

Does anyone else think this is a cool idea? Not as utilitarian as say copy/paste – but it would be cool to just flick through your contacts and see a bunch of smiling faces come back at you, no?

MNS/MWO is a awesome collective of photographers based in Seattle “striving to promote positive social change through the power of photography”. Since forming in 2005 they have grown include photographers from all over the US and have documented travels and experiences from all over the world.
Along with Wonderful Union and the humanitarian organization World Vision, Must Warn Others will be hosting “A Collection of imagery to benefit World Vision” October 13th, The gallery show will have an awesome benefit, every photo will have a specific gift associated with it; for instance, if you buy a photo the proceeds will go towards buying a family in Haiti a goat for milk and cheese.
