Hispanic, no less. 16% isn't a lot of women in the industry, I'll grant you that, but you'd be matching those A List Apart statistics for gender if you had oh, maybe 2 technical women on your staff. Part of it is embracing diversity as a company-wide goal, eh? Perhaps you could host a few female interns to begin to help balance things out.
