		<description>Hm, last time our design group hired, we found more than one extremely well qualified woman web designer candidate, and hired her. Hispanic, no less. 16% isn&#039;t a lot of women in the industry, I&#039;ll grant you that, but you&#039;d be matching those A List Apart statistics for gender if you had oh, maybe 2 technical women on your staff. Part of it is embracing diversity as a company-wide goal, eh? Perhaps you could host a few female interns to begin to help balance things out.</description>

		<description>Wow, you have one lone actual female on staff? How 20th century of you. And she&#039;s the receptionist, of course. The fact that you appear not to be able to hire ANY technically proficient females on the entire west coast is not a good selling point for your organization.</description>
