Ryan Vanni

CEO/Founder

Ryan has the distinction of being the youngest person to ever earn dual MBAs from both Harvard and Stanford - all at the tender age of 13. He will also cure cancer one day. Ryan has a passion for all things design, whether it's websites, print, fashion, pretty things etc. Ever the businessman, it's because of his hard-work, determination and grit that BKWLD is where it's at today.

Robert Reinhard

CTO

If someone wrote the lore of BKWLD, the turning point chapter in our story would be the day Robert was hired. It's been Robert's technical direction and dedication to learning new technology that has kept BKWLD at the forefront of our industry. He is equally as strong at crafting the big picture of a project - creating the technical documents and plans that pilot the entire process - as he is writing Actionscript in Flash, coding hardcore PHP or crushing you on Xbox Live.

Josh Reddin

Director of Strategy

Josh comes to us from the world of traditional advertising, bringing a sharp sense of strategy and purpose to our projects. He also brings hugs. Seriously, schedule a meeting with him and you will feel like long lost friends 15 minutes in, rendering you helpless to the goodbye hug. What can we say, he's a passionate man, and we love him for it.

Director of Interactive Production

Dan is the “Don” of all producers - with a background in marketing and design, plus flash and coding skills - Dan understands every element of our process, making him the perfect day-to-day contact. He is: organized, efficient, creative and an incredible communicator. Plus, he is just one hell of a good guy. If I had a dollar every time a client has told me how charming he is, I would be sitting on the beach rather then writing this bio.

Creative Director

Jeff is BKWLD's 'creative conscious' - his drive and desire for great work makes each of us strive to make every project our best. A true creative director, Jeff inspires the best work from those of us fortunate enough to work with him. His unique brand of constructive, peer criticism and tendency to deprecate his own designs make him a beloved member of the BKWLD team. His leadership is integral, but Jeff is equally adept at sitting in front of Photoshop and rocking out an amazing design. Just don’t try to get his attention when he gets in the zone. You’ll be waiting a while.
